Fender recommendations?

I need some good fenders to go along with my Topeak Super tourist pannier rack. I have a jamis sputnik 09 and would like something that keeps me protected but doesn't add too much weight. I'm looking at both of these- the Planet bike are heavier but seem to have better coverage. Not really sure which to go with.

Also- the sks are sized to fit different sized tires- I have both 23 and 25 on my bike. I'm guessing go with the 25?

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Since it appears that you have eyelets for fenders use bolted on full mudguards if you want to stay dry and not fiddle about w/ re-fitting.
The raceblades are a compromise for bikes w/o eyelets but not the best coverage.
PB & SKS make good kit that is light, solid and inexpensive. Just match tire size & proceed.
