What are some good websites where I can get some good looking cycling jerseys for my long commutes & just long training rides? I'm looking for jerseys with graphics on them not just a plain colors.

There are too many to list, starting with ebay. just search "bicycle jersey" then work your way through the offerings. Most likely you'll decide on the specific jersey first and the source to buy it second.

If you don't care what graphics they have, just that they have graphics, you can try Cycling Apparel: Jerseys, Shorts, Bibs, & Accessories USA Made by Voler and look at their Outlet section. Sometimes they offer 'grab bag' style sales, where you get a randomly selected jersey for cheap. Quality is excellent, and made in USA if you care about such things, but random means the styles are truly luck of the draw. They also have regular clearance items so you can see what you're getting.

The other thing to be careful with is sizing: there is Medium for racers and Medium for the rest of us (substitute Medium for whatever generic size you wear). Race fit is smaller than regular fit: measure a jersey or t-shirt that you feel comfortable in (flat on its back, armpit-to-armpit) and then use that as a measure for your searches.

Voler is a great brand BTW, I have one and I love it.

Just out of curiosity, I had a look at eBay. I normally wear a Medium and the only shirt I had with me (that I wasn't wearing and didn't need to strip to measure) was a loose fitting button shirt that was 22in, armpit-to-armpit (44in). Here is a listing of a few jerseys on eBay: 46" XL, 44" XL, 42" XL, 42" L and 40" XL (all men's jerseys, there was a 38" XL but it was a Ladies size). There also are references to sizes 4 and 5 for men, which is likely a European sizing, we don't see it here in Canada, nor have I heard of it for US shirts as well.

dong that , only screen printing cotton T shirts , not sublimation on the techie synthetics ..

Personally I don't wear jerseys very often while commuting but I do have a few. A couple are solid color and tasteful, - similar to what you sell. My wife bought me a red one that she likes. A couple others are a little more fun, - including one with a gecko. She rolls her eyes at that one and may be the reason she bought the red one. The kids love it though. I don't need to look like a fashion model all the time.

Though some people complain about the obnoxious look of stereotypical cycling jerseys, I think it is cool to see. Not so much the racing team replicas, but others with more unique designs. When you think about it, what most men wear most of the time is pretty boring. It's not so true for women.

I like to wear jerseys but, with the exception of one accidental purchase, they are all relatively loose fitting: I'm not a model, nor a pro cyclist, I don't need to show off. I have no team jerseys but I plan on getting some jerseys this summer at any events I participate in, if only for me to remember that I participated.

AK Apparel in Ohio will do one-offs. A tad pricey at that quantity level, but that's the cost of uniqueness.

It's the tighter jersey not flapping in the wind, not the looks. Although to be honest most of mine are loose, either way is fine which makes it easier to not be uptight about the sizing.

I check Nashbar for closeouts and get lucky now and again, and have also found several from the heads-up on these forums!

Might want to check reviews a sizing charts carefully for fit info. Not all brands are sized the same, and even in a brand they often have many different fits. I typically am a M, however in some brands/fits I need a L. In rare cases even a S. I am not a skin and bones cyclist, but not huge either, though I prefer a semi fitted/athletic cut, not something that flaps in the wind a lot or bunches up funny. I have found finding the brands I like and fit well makes buying online easier.

As for sites, I have ordered from many and found some good deals. Competitivecyclist is one I got some stuff from. bikesomewhere is another. I have gotten some great closeout deals at Sierratradingpost as well (particularly when you have a coupon to apply). There are tons of sites to try.

You can sign up with Primalwear.com and get email notices of sales, close-outs, etc. I picked up a nice jersey (dia de los muertos) on sale for something like 1/3 regular price last year. I like bright colors and patterns and this one fit the bill....

Probably too late now, but something to think about for next fall: A lot of teams will order extra kits from the manufacturer to cover new members or crash replacements and then put any extras on eBay at the end of the season. If you don't mind advertising for some random dentist or pizza shop in a town you never heard of, you might be able to pick up a bargain.

My sentimental favorites are the ones from my former employers (Sun Microsystems and Stanford). The Sun one is a VOmax or something, part of a group buy, and I don't remember who made the Stanford one, but it is super-nice. I picked up a Sea Otter Classic Class Winner jersey at a swap meet, too, I think that one is a Voler. I get comments about that one once in a while... "Which race did you win?"

i have bought only two jerseys. One from my longest ride ever, 73 miles and my first from performance. The performance one is a little loose bc it is club fit and I have lost 35 pounds. I have two i got for test driving cars. Saab and Cadillac.

They are pricy, but I really like the Specialized SL Expert jerseys. Around $100 a pop though.
