Is the following worth 300 CAD used?

2012 Specialized Work 1
2012 Specialized Work 01 Hybrid bike | road | Winnipeg | Kijiji

Looking for an entry level bike I can ride on the roads and also take off road if I needed to.

It retails here for $519 (on sale). $586 with taxes

no fenders. The used market for decent bikes seems to be tough. If its in mint condition I would still save myself over $250-$280. Only review on this bike I could find was on here and was fairly positive.

If you can get fenders for it, I say do it. Nothing worse than road goo all over yourself & the grit can do bad things too.
