Ram Ball Mounted Headlight?

I am fitting up a loaded touring bike (Co-Mo Americano) and want to add a bike mounted headlight. Here are my "requirements":

1. USB rechargeable.
2. Multiple brightness settings to adapt to the circumstances and to conserve battery life.
3. I'd like to mount it on my handlebars so that I can adjust its beam as the conditions dictate.

Since I plan to use a large Ortlieb handlebar bag, I have a concern over whether a traditional handle bar mount will cast a pretty significant shadow...especially directly in from of the bike. What I hoped was that there is a headlight that can be mounted on a pole so that the handlebar bag shadow is minimized. A Ram ball mount would work...but I can't seem to find a headlight with a built in 1" Ram ball.

Suggestions??

Thanks,

Bob

Topeak Bar Xtender or Minoura Spacegrip/Swinggrip and whatever light strikes your fancy should work. One of these might also work, but I gather it is no longer produced and so supply is dwindling- Amazon.com: Paul Components Stem Cap Light Mount Black, One Size: Sports & Outdoors
