Crud Catchers,PDW Full Metals, and SKS Race Blade XL should all work. If you're willing to play with the search function, there was a thread here over the winter where a forumite compared all three.

Thanks. My new job wants 450.00 a year for parking. I said no thanks I will park 1/2 mile away and ride. I will use any excuse to bike a new bike. Ordered me a big shot fixie.

Be careful with that in winter if you're in a cold area, as the tread compound becomes stiffer and more prone to sliding.

My Fixie came with a front and rear brake. I think a will be flipping the rear wheel so it is just a single speed.

Sounds like a plan. On my old cruiser, the coaster brake was great, but in winter you could definitely feel less grip & more slide, especially on those arctic cold days.
