Wrong. The OP's link shows Men's Urban Pedal Pushers Stretch Cycling Knickers. Look again at it. They have a picture: "Folded up leg showing the Leg tightening cords".

i saw these the other day and I thought they looked pretty handy I would be tempted to get some if they offered them in with bibs. I dont like non- bib shorts for riding.
I think the knickers you posted would be pretty handy for riding but I am not a fan of really long shorts and they might get on my nerves.

i think wearing tall socks with knickers would be dorky. I would just wear long pants/ tights instead.

I wear my normal bibs, put on some leg warmers and cycle in. It was 45 this morning, warm to some, cold to me; but I was comfortable and I don't care what people think about them, because ....I was comfortable.
