Just take your rear wheel to a bike shop with a semi reputable wheel man and have the spokes properly tensioned.
Problem should be solved for about $20 or so, depending on where you live.
This is the slow time of the year, which is best for this type repair, since the mechanic probably won't be in a hurry.
