Rear derailleur for cannondale superx rival
I got an cannondale superx 2016 at a good price but i would like a little lower gears, like a 11-36 cassette. Now its a 11-28 cassette
11-36 cassette needs a medium cage derailleur. So what derailleur should i get?
Now its SRAM Rival CX1 Short Cage.
Im new with sram and cyclocross so i'm not sure what would fit

I have a SuperX and put a 11-32. I put a Rival CX Medium cage on and it works great. The medium cage will handle a 11-36.

Medium cage: 11-26 through 11-36 cassettes(269g)

I purchased my bike new and was able to get the LBS to swap the RD and cassette for free. The second set of wheels were a later upgrade and well worth it. They make it easy to switch from road to offroad and back in a few seconds.

Unfortunately, that doesn't work for 11 speed SRAM. Their 10 speed stuff was cross-compatible (all Exact Actuation shift ratio), but their 11 speed MTB mechs now have a new shift ratio (X-actuation).
Hmm, though an 11 speed road shifter SHOULD index 11 speeds fine with a 10 speed Exact Actuation MTB derailleur. I've never tried it, but that's how Shimano's cross-compatiblity works (10 speed STI with 9 speed MTB RD).
Sounds like the OP found the proper medium-cage RD anyway.

Another question. If im upgrading the wheels, can i buy any wheels i like or should they be custom because of the cannondale AI offset?
I would like to keep the stock wheels for gravel and then get another set for road. So i can run tubeless and change easy.
But i cant seem to figure out that cannondale AI offset system

I have Zipp 30 Course... I don't think there's anything special about the SuperX wheels.
