Bikes: 2019 Trek Checkpoint ALR5

Bike fitting question

I bought my Trek Checkpoint ALR5 about a year ago and have put on around 5000km or so. I feel I need to maybe get a bike fitting. Has anyone done this and what is the procedure of this exactly at the bike shop? So far I feel quite good on my bike for the most part but recently had some bad digestion issues on some long hard rides and wondering if it's connected to the fitting of the bike.

I'm not a bike fitter but it seems what you are looking for might be termed a "colonic alignment." You might start by calling a couple of shops and asking if they offer that. Sorry you are having this problem, 'roids are a pain!Digestive issues and cycling question
