Tire/wheel question
Well I just got a brand new Bianchi axis and got a pretty good deal on it as well (only $997). Anyway, I was wondering, I've heard bad reviews of the Kenda Kwick tires which it comes with so what kind of tires would good for this? I was thinking Michelin sprints or muds. Also, how do you open the quick release brakes in order to take the wheel off?

sorry, don't have an answer to your question, but where did you get such a great deal on an axis? my LBS wouldn't budge from $1350 price (higher than MSRP even #%$%@!!!). i ended up with a Fuji Cross for $450 less.

The axis comes with a triple, you would probably have to switch it yourself if you wanted the double. I got the axis at Hudson trail outfitters in dc. I think they were having a clearance sale or something. I also got a $50 rebate because I was a member of their club.
Is there any other areas of the axis that might need upgrading? What is a good bike computer to get?
