need advice on a new ride

I just sold my trusted old Jake the Snake and am ready to place an order, but with some much good stuff to choose from I am torn.
My choices are:
1. A new Jake-the '05 spec looks solid and the price is right.
2. Felt F1X-Looks like an intriguing spec/price, but I have never seen one which concerns me.
3. Salsa Las Cruces- not a fan of the color, but the frame weight looks good
4. IF Planet X- Long shot due to price, but this is the fantasy bike.

Thought and opinions would be appreciated.

IF! I have a 2002 frame and LOVE it. My buddy has the Las Cruces and likes it a lot. He claims it's so light that it almost bounces off the trail.

for what it's worth, the salsa is virtually the same bike as the kona major jake.
