While I understand and sympathize with the promoters' helmet / liability issue, I would have really missed the video previews from CXHAIRS.com - heck, I'm sure the previews have saved me a few glorious crashes, so it's a net safety plus!
(For promoters, I would suggest a specific signature line or bold text relating to helmet cams on the race waiver. The devil is always in the lawyering.)
