Warm up question

For those of you who warm up on a trainer, do you take an extra rear wheel with road tire mounted? Silly question, I know, I was just thinking about it while warming up yesterday.

i took video of my friend warming up on his trainer for the A races yesterday.. so i know he uses a spare wheel with road tire mounted.. Kenda Kontender to be exact..

I usually just bring the rear wheel from my roadbike and the trainer.
