Canyon bikes

Anyone from Canada order a Canyon bike? If so how was the process, and what was the cost of duties and stuff. Or how was the ordering process from them.

I ordered a Canyon Grizl a couple of years ago. The final price in $cdn was over $4000 and the various import taxes added another $1200 which is what I expected. The shipping charge was reasonable and of course I was charged for their shipping box. I am very experienced in bicycle assembly having assembled hundreds of bikes over the years. I would say that it arrived having been properly built by Canyon. It only required a tiny bit of adjustment after a couple of hundred km. This was just after Covid when supplies were low. Canyon was the only company that could deliver within a couple of months. At that, they under promised and over delivered. I had my bike at least a month before their promised delivery date. Mine was shipped from Germany since Canyon didn't maintain any Canadian distributors.
