ontario road racing
i recently have become inclined to try road racing. i have been to the ontario cycling web page and see that a UCI licsense is needed to compete. how can one be obtained or is there another way to start racing in the o-cup?

Join a club and get it through them. I believe the fee in Ontario also includes insurance.
