bionx 48v battery board (triangular pack) needed,

Hi, I needed a descent e-bike to pull my disabled daughters weehoo, I got a ktm 48v bionx Mobil from a dealer closing shop, but it had no charger, I opened the pack and applied the 24v needed to power up the battery packs inbuilt charger with a laptop supply, but it lacked a little ampage, though it did the job, it got meltingly hot, so I opened the pack to apply my lab power supply, and knocked a capacitor off the board, and the board is double sided, so I was stuffed,,, I now need a board and a charger, would any1 have any ideas please, Bionx are just useless. I can't get any1 who has any idea about them.
Best regards Neil

I had good luck getting answers from their resource in Canada, but didn't purchase their product because it's proprietary. You might try to contact them, but be prepared to spend a bundle to get it repaired. Also, a couple of posters to this site are BionX users and familiar with them.

Bikes: 27 speed ORYX with over 39,000Kms on it and another 14,000KMs with a BionX E-Assist on it

I think you are out of luck for warranty but info can be gotten here. Service Overview - e-bike, electric bicycle systems | ridebionx.come-bike, electric bicycle systems | ridebionx.com PS I think it's more like 26 volts - 3.45 amps - 89.7 watts input to battery packs inbuilt charger from the adapter...
