What upgrade are you looking to do? That is the largest Bosch Battery for System2. You could add a second battery at least on a hardtail and in that case it would be a 500wh PowerPack which would be external. We have done a couple double battery installs. I got lucky and got a dual battery set up from the factory so it is clean and easy to deal with.
Your local shop might be able to help you with it but ask yourself can you recharge more often and is that extra weight going to be worth it. For some yes it is worth it and certainly with my current set up I get better range than some of my friend with EVs but for 90% of my riding I really don't need all of the range and the weight of 2x 625wh batteries.
My end goal is to probably upgrade to a newer bike with a single 800wh battery and the new Smart System so I can get the ABS system which is really nice. Having finally test ridden it a few times I am pretty well sold on it and wish I could retrofit it but I can't
