The subwoofer was just too heavy for the box's material to hold it well.
WHEN (not if) I get my new diamond plate aluminum box, I will put the subwoofer back (along with the neon) because..
1.) The diamond plate will hold the sub VERY securely.
2.) I think I will get much better bass out of it.
Gotta ask, how many batteries are you planning to carry at a time? And we are talking about a bike and not an Escooter...right?

Well in one of my posts I said a 48v 20ah battery, what I meant was A single 36v 20ah, but then I decided to buy 2.
First off my current configuration is 2 36v 15AH batteries.
One for each motor.
I'm taking those and moving them to my son's ebike that I'm in the process of building.
(Actually the 2.5 year 1000cycle one is prolly gonna be the only one I put on and use the other one for spare cells---the "other one" is 12s 15ah prismatic cells (I'm planning on taking four of the cells and 2p2s them and add them in series to my rear motor's 36v 20ah, should the need arise to have more voltage for the added weight of 2-36v 20ah+diamond plate aluminum box+ I'll prolly take the other 8 and 2p4s them and change out my 12v 35ah SLA)
(I change around batteries alot, sometimes I need cash and I sell ones I have and sometimes I buy just cells, I've had 36v lifepo4, lipoly, 20ah cells, 40 ah cells, etc, etc, etc)

And yes, I'm running dual motors, dual battery setups.
Now that I have (a little) bit of extra money, I'm bringing my cruiser E-Chopper "The Beast" back to it's former glory.

Once "The Beast" is back to "pretty" / "cruiser" status, it will have 85 mile range at 20-22mph and 110mile range from 18-20mph.

Next year I'm planning on some form of "Super Lipo" setup (unless a better/safer technology comes out) that will be 2 - 36v 40ah batts that will ultimately give me a 200+ mile range.

I want to be the first one anywhere that has a 200 mike range on an ebike!

Also, if you haven't seen the vid of my bike, you should do it now..
Also, if you want some recent (as of yesterday) pics, ask me and I'll friend you on Facebook and you can see my bike.
(Can't upload pics here, because I only use an iPhone at the moment).
