Upcoming Group Buy Feedback Needed
Hello, everyone.
I'm putting together a great group buy for those of you looking or considering a bicycle horn. If you have a bicycle horn right now and are looking to upgrade to something more powerful and easier to use then this group buy will interest you. When I first started looking for a bicycle horn I came across the Delta Cycle Airzound Horn and after reading the positive reviews ordered one; however, when it arrived I took one look at it and shipped it back. I wanted something a bit more professional looking and so I searched the internet and finally came across The Hornit.
I've tested it out and The Hornit is fantastic. It has saved me several times from being hit by vehicles and I also use it to communicate to other bicyclists on the opposite side of the road who would otherwise not hear me. It's also very easy to take with you if you decide to step away from your bicycle.
I'm working with the owner of the company and told him, "every bicyclist needs to have one of these horns!" I've convinced him to give the forum members a great deal if we can get a minimum of 24 buyers. Normal retail price and express shipping is £34.99 + £7.50 = £42.49 (US$67.98). If we reach at least 24 buyers we will be able to get it for £25.30 INCLUDING express shipping ($40.48). That's a massive 40% or $27.50 saving for each forum member on the UK price with express shipping. If there are enough US and Canadian buyers we may be able to get additional savings by having one main shipment sent to one location here in the United States and then mailing them from that location.
It's coming up on Christmas and if you're looking to buy a gift for your bicycle or that bicyclist friend or family member then The Hornit is the way to go. Let me know if you'd be interested in seeing this group buy take place. We would have two weeks to get a minimum of 24 buyers and at the end of that time each buyer would receive a discount code to use when making the online purchase. I have no financial benefit from putting this buy together. It's my way of bringing to the attention of the forum a great product at a great price.
