Is this really doable?
I'm new to the forum and to e-biking and came across this video whilst researching alternative power sources for charging an e-bike battery.

All the other information out there tends to suggest that large folding solar panels are the only way to charge an e-bike battery sufficiently. I wonder how this differs.

I would say it would work great. Put it on a box to carry stuff as the lid, and bingo... I did my last holiday with a 70W solar panel on my camper and charged my BionX every day with it no problem, never plugged in the whole two weeks, did 650KMs all on solar power.
