Bikes: 27 speed ORYX with over 39,000Kms on it and another 14,000KMs with a BionX E-Assist on it

BionX waranty

I must commend BionX for standing behind their waranty, I had about 3 weeks left after almost 2 years (3,878.8KMs) of hard use of my 350htrr set up and the power levels seemed not like they were before... Today I got a new wheel and motor and everything is back to normal, operating like new, THANK YOU BionX for your support/standing behind your product...

EDIT; Oh, and my LBS COOPS Bikes,

You mean the hub motor is worn out and need to be replaced only after 3,878 KM, this sound really short-lived to me.

No it wasn't worn out, when I used the throttle I got full power, but somehow the sensor for the pedal effort compared to what the motor gave out at certain settings changed... It took level 3 to make it like level 1, level 4 to make it like level 2 and if I wanted more assist I had to use the throttle... But now everything is copasetic.

EDIT; I'm sure they could have just "re-built" the unit with a new sensor but they sent me a new one instead to shorten downtime...
