It seems that the demand in Australia for e-bikes is such that Bicycling Australia is willing to buck the trend in print publishing and bring out a dedicated e-bike magazine. All the best to them with the publication.

The link is fine, the problem is the forum people are blocking it for some obscure reason. The website is a well established Australian e-bike review site ... hardly a spam site so struggling to understand the blocking.
