amazon has some 900 lumen handhelds. just a flashlight junkie I guess. glove junkie too. finding it hard to resist buying stuff for myself this time of year

Have you found any of these flashlights to work well as a bike headlight? I've gone through many, and I consider it to be a lot of money wasted until I discovered purpose-built bike lights are the best thing for a bike, for me anyway.

Actually, the bike light works well as a flash light. Some of us have two bike lights and that older one with less lumen ratings works good enough as a flash light. And those rear blinkies, I used them at the airport when I need to wait at the curb for my ride. It often gets busy and the driver has somewhat of a difficulty locating me.
