That page admits it is an advertorial, a word I find hard to stomach.

Have you found any of these flashlights to work well as a bike headlight? I've gone through many, and I consider it to be a lot of money wasted until I discovered purpose-built bike lights are the best thing for a bike, for me anyway.

Actually, the bike light works well as a flash light. Some of us have two bike lights and that older one with less lumen ratings works good enough as a flash light. And those rear blinkies, I used them at the airport when I need to wait at the curb for my ride. It often gets busy and the driver has somewhat of a difficulty locating me.

Bikes: This list got too long: several ‘bents, an urban utility e-bike, and a dahon D7 that my daughter has absconded with.

. . . with a defuser lens, mounted to the fork, above the fender. However, my helmet light has a, traditional, round, headlight pattern.

That's what I was thinking. The runtime must be about 5 minutes too.
