I paid $47 + $22 flat rate shipping for my IQ Premium from bike-discount.de and the dollar is stronger now.

No import duty (IIRC it's $800 total before bike parts become subject to it).

Late to the party, but I ride at night all the time with this re-chargeable headlight. It's pretty much as bright as a car headlight. Running it on medium is plenty bright and not a big drop off from the brightest setting. Read the reviews. I've got 2, one on each bike

I have one too. It doesn't work at all. Fortunately the seller has agreed to send me a replacement from China that i will receive in 30-40 days.

thanks for the suggestions

just got to around ordering some lights.

vegastriker shared with me his secrets. got a nice li ion tail light and one of those cree head lights that uses 18650/AAA batteries, with included chargers and 2200 mAh batteries. lights are 5 modes, zoomable, and easily taken on/off the mounts, no wires or straps needed. only fits 1x 18650, compared to the 4x from the battery pack, but easy to carry extra batteries if needed. <$30 total. pretty happy about this.
