Wide angle diffusers for other size lights?

Wide angle diffusers for other size lights?
Got one of the ~$23 triple LED lights off eBay, (I'll have to look it up when I get home to post the exact one) and I'd like to find one (three, I guess...or maybe two and leave the center as a spot) of the wide angle diffusers to fit it. Anybody had any luck modifying the MS/clone diffusers to fit smaller lights, or is there a source that handles other sizes?

Something like Fresnel Page Magnifier, cut to fit.
