The company (Triumph Innovations) HAD a website https://xtremebrightlights.com. If you wait long enough it comes up as having expired with the notice "This domain name expired on 7/1/2017 and is pending renewal or deletion." It really looks like an assemblage of inexpensive Chinese made bike accessories. All of these are available on Chinese websites using eBay which is a dead giveaway. Unfortunately nobody gives info on how to replace the batteries in the lock. Bike Lock Uelfbaby Ultimate Protection Combination Cable Lock with LED Light ... | eBay

You are often better off buying individual items. You can buy the tail light for a buck including the postage to ship it halfway around the world Bike Cycling Bicycle Silicone Frog Light Lamp LED Front Rear Lights Ultra Bright | eBay. I don't use any lights that depend upon button cell batteries. Too short a run time and not very bright compared to the new USB rechargeable COB tail lights. Just bought a new compact bike pump for $5 BV Cycling Bike Mini Frame Pump Bicycle Portable Tire Compact Air Inflator GP45E | eBay. It will pump up a 700C tire rock hard so it does the job even though it is way smaller and lighter than the one in your kit. It only took 3 days between the time I ordered it and it arrived in my mailbox.

I ended up googling this: 8Mmx6F LED

That brought up the lock under a few brand names. Some of the photos show a small black dot on the button housing. Perhaps that is a recessed button that can be pressed with a pen or pencil that will pop open the battery compartment. I have had a couple of battery operated hand-held sprayers that opened that way.
