Wahoo Element Bolt and speed sensors?

Hey, Looking at getting the bolt with a wheel speed sensor. Want to make sure it will use the wheel sensor data first for my speed and distance instead of just GPS. Had problems with unreliable gps data with my phone app in the past. if Im gonna shell out for a computer, I want to record wheel speed sensor data for better accuracy. I looked in the instructions but did not see much. I know the Garmin 520 does and it is stated in the instructions but i'm not super interested in garmin.

Not sure what your question is. I have one, and it works - the Bolt is displaying speed/distance based on data from the wheel sensor.

If you upload to Strava, it seems to normalize the distances using GPS, but that's something that Strava is doing and nothing to do with the Bolt.

If you add a speed sensor then the Bolt will use it instead of GPS for speed and distance calculations.
