Computer speed maxing out or me?

Computer speed maxing out or me?
The bicycle computer I use has been maxing out at 57.2km/h on my last few rides. It feels like I am going faster past that point but it could also be me maxing out, I can't tell.
I am just using a cheap $25 computer from amazon (NACATIN Multi-Function Waterproof 2.4GHz). I could find anything online about certain computers maxing out for kms. I was thinking it could just be a cheap sensor that has trouble picking up the rotations of the sensor on the spokes. Or it's just me :>
