Where to mount a Cycliq SKY6 ??
I just received this light/camara combo and at first blush, seems of good quality and produces a bright light and excellent video. My issue is with mounting. The provided mount is for the seat stem post. I currently have a kit for emergency repairs back there and it is leaving little room for a vertical light. The manufacturer has other options to sell but I'm not sure the way to go. Below the bag I have tried and it will work while blocking about 40% of the top of the view. On the back of the bag might work and above also but I'm unsure of mounting hardware. Anyone currently with this device with a similar problem and a good solution??

looks like all their mounts want something round to attach to, huh? are any small enough to fit to a seat stay? I take it you do not use a rear rack? if you did have a rear rack, I've seen riders attach PVC tubing to them & then attach their light or camera to the pvc tubing
this person did that with a front rack

do they make a helmet mount?
also just got reminded of this thread

I took a 1.25" dowel and drilled a 5/16" hole in the side of a 2" long piece, then chiseled the hole square to the surface. I can put the dowel on my rear rack and strap the whole light on so it holds everything together.
It would be nice if they included (or even had available) mounts for something other than seatposts.
