I have the Karoo and its very impressive with constant updates. I came from the Garmin 800 and this is like night and day in comparison. The maps alone are worth buying it for. I have done some videos on my YouTube channel if you want to check them out

I've had the Rox for almost a month, and to be honest, at the beginning I was having some real buyer's remorse. I think a lot comes down to the poor documentation and a dearth of information on the interwebs.
On the flip side, now that I've used it for a bit, the features I'm finding are like nice Easter eggs. The integration with Komoot is great. Make a map, sync the Rox, and the map is there. I also really like that I can have the Rox give me directions in the reverse direction. I rode a route like that today and it was fantastic to see it from a different perspective (we're holed up at my parents house in a rural area so new roads to me). The turn by turn is fantastic.
I contacted support after I couldn't pair the included cadence/speed sensor (again, really poor documentation), and received a reply relatively quickly. It didn't resolve the issue as it resolved itself after a couple more attempts, but it was a timely response.
There are just a couple things I want this unit to do, but it seems like if I just play with it enough, I'll stumble across it.
