I have the cheaper Element. I ride past a 1272' elevation sign on one of my hill rides. It's been 200' off. I wonder if poor sight lines to satellites or weather is the issue. Now, Florida should do much better on those issues, I'd think, but I wonder if you have radio/microwave interference issues?

And not so seriously - I don't mind coming home at a higher elevation, but finding the driveway when I am 50' underground is tough.
