Ravemen tr350 rear mount on rack/bag?

Ravemen tr350 rear mount on rack/bag?
OKay,
I'm supposed to be going for a dusk/twilight later this month, I have the garmin varia & figured out how to mount it on my topeak rack. But I was given the ravemen tr350 rear light also & not enough real estate to mount it on the rack, so figured I could mount it on the topeak bag, maybe?
Issue is, its a wierd attachment type of thing & my search-fu is sucking big time.
Anyone ever done that before? Or know where I might find a mount I could attach it to then I can ziplock it to the strap on the bag. With the "wings" on it I might be able to ziplock it to the strap, but not sure.
Any thoughts/ideas?
