Kudos to Wahoo

My Tickr HRM began malfunctioning and I found that the battery cover was cracked. I contacted Wahoo hoping I could get a new cover. They don't sell covers but after providing proof of purchase and a pic they sent me a new Tickr, complete with battery and chest strap. Customer service doesn't get much better, IMO.

I really like stories like that. Cygolite did something similar for me but with a product worth much less.
