Kudos to Wahoo!
I was on a long organized ride a while ago and my Wahoo Elemnt Roam started going wacko. It was like the down button was stuck. This happened once before and I had to reset and reboot 5 or 10 times to finally get it to load. And it would go wacko again.
So I contacted Wahoo support; my device is almost 2 years old. (sh....don't tell, but it is out of warrantee)
A few minutes on the phone and a week later I have a brand new device! Synch to my phone, restore from old backup and we are ready to go. I had to recustomize a few pages, readd my HR sensor but no big whoop.
Although I have had a few Wahoo devices go bad in the past, they always replace at no or minimal cost. Customer for life!
