TwoFish Cyclopblocks and Cycle Blocks (Info)
Took me a while to figure this out, but after an e-mail to the TwoFish folks I'm a bit more clear on it.
Some people have expressed an interest in using TwoFish Cycloblocks (I think both here and on the CandlePower Forums) for attaching (among other things) larger flashlights to handlebars. But, if you do a search for Cycloblocks, you'll usually just come up with dead ends for anyone selling them. Most vendors who used to carry them, for whatever reason, don't seem to any longer.
That aside, apparently what happened was that the TwoFish folks changed the name of the product from Cycloblocks to Cycle Blocks. Problem is, if you do a search on "Cycle Blocks" you're probably not going to come up with much either, in terms of where to purchase.
So, the TwoFish people told me that for anyone wanting to purchase Cycle Blocks, they should visit BoomerDirect and look at their bicycle products. (BoomerDirect seems to be an internet storefront only, and apparently only accepts PayPal. Not store info, phone numbers, no e-mail contact info that I saw. They might even be part of TwoFish themselves since it seems like they sell only TwoFish products -- but that's just speculation on my part.)

I don't know this part for a fact (not having ever had a Cycloblock/Cycle Block in hand), but I'm guessing they are just a bigger version of the Lockblock (set up to attach objects crossways/perpendicular to handlebars). I get the impression they are either larger than a Lockblock or at least have a longer strap, and thus are more appropriate for attaching objects with larger diameters (like D cell flashlights) to handlebars.

The Cycle Block has a webbing strap sewn to the hook and loop fabric so it is stronger. The length of the both straps makes it so that both sides accept a 1.5” O.D. to 1.5” O.D. The block size remains the same.
