Kudos to Planetbike
Lost the helmet mount and strap for my Planetbike Sport Spot. Went to their site and found accessories are cheap. New mount and strap was $2.99, no tax and no shipping charges. Just wanted to put in a good word for a company that does not gouge you to replace lost bits.

I've had a similar experience with a speedometer of theirs. They replaced it, no questions asked, when it failed and paid for the shipping. Plus, most of their products are top notch.
