Mavic Wireless Computer Problems
I can't get the cadence function to work on my new Mavic Wintech Wireless Computer. I have set it up exactly like it says in the instructions, but when I turn my cranks to set the cadence function, the computer continues to flash "0". Mavic does not seem to have any customer support that I can find. Does anyone have any suggestions or a customer service number for Mavic? Thanks

If you bought it at a LBS bring it back there. Have them just double check mount locations. It could be a bad sensor or head unit. If you bought it elsewhere then check the Mavic website for contact info.

Well, I just bought the home trainer sensor, and I can not get it to work. Mavic has zero tech support on its website.
Grrrr. NOt that I care what my "speed" is on the home trainer, its just that the stopwatch and time functions on the Wintech computers don't work if there is no speed input. Great for a ride where you only want to track your rolling time, bad for home trainer.
