Supernova E3 What Mount
hello everyone , I hope all is well.
Im close to ordering an E3 I just cant decide what mount.
I use a handlebar bag so the bar mount is out, besides supernova is comming out with a b&m style bar mout that will work with the standard mount.
I have canti brakes and a 6mm hole in crown.
1) the fancy crown mount, real pretty but I wonder if it puts the light up high enough off fender ??
the curved mount arm could be adapted to another set up with out too much fuss but to what avail?.
2) the standard mount: it will adapt to a home made bracket very easy, and it fits many commercial brackets such as from B&M ,schmidt ...not as pretty as the dedicated crown mount but its the same as all the other lights for the most part.
your thoughts please

I'm not sure exactly what will fit as it depends on the size of your bike, but I invite you to take a look at my setup here.
I have done it with an aluminium angle channel cut at proper size to place the light above the tire and fender.

I like that you went with dual lighting. I just returned from testing the dynamo driven E3 next to the battery driven IXON IQ. Two girls mistake me for a car and a family commented what a bright bicycle I had For the record, the E3 dynamo driven was perhaps slightly brighter with a pattern that better appealed to me as more evenly dispersed. Two E3s in a custom bracket setup like yours would be just right.
