need new hrm help

Hi

I am looking to pick up a new hrm as my battery ran out on the polar and just prefer to sell that and purchase a new one.

Can anyone who has used sigma offer any pros or cons that will help me decide what direction to go
appreciate any ideas

thank you

You will get plenty of opionions. Mine is a sigma that works quite well with no complaints....got a good deal on sale at Performance....but if the Polar works out why not just put a new battery in?

Thanks for your reply, polar wants me to ship the watch and chest strap back to them for new batteries and charge $20. So I was just thinking since the sigma is 80 that may be the way to go.

I have heard that is a problem with the old polar units.

I know the sigma allows the user to change the battery.

Forerunner 50

I have a forerunner 50 for sale W/Foot pod and HRM worked well for me but I wanted an actual GPS so I bought a Forerunner 305.
