Need Help - Garmin 405 & Google Maps

All,

I purchased a Garmin 405. Hopped on my bike and did a half mile test ride. Sync'd my unit and uploaded my data to my PC. Opened it in my Garmin Training Center Software with no problem. I then used the menu feature "open in google earth". Again no problem. I used Google earth and the Training Software to save a copy in *.tcx format and Google Earth to save it in *kmz format.

I was able to open the ride with no problem on MapMyRide and with no problem in google earth. I cannot however figure out how to open the file in google MAPS. I tried the option in google earth that says "view on google maps" and when I click that it does open google maps at the location I was at in google earth but it does not have the route drawn.

So...what am I missing here. Any help here?
