Could anyone tell me how to disarm the alarm on a Polar RS300X heartrate monitor? Thanks.

At least you can help the user out if you have a heartbeat monitor like he has or similar.

Hmm... I used my PDF reader (Sumatra PDF Reader) to find the word "disarm," I did look through the table of contents and I saw page 21, which tells you how to stop the trainer. Could this help?

You searched for disarm. It's not a bomb.

I just RTFM. Alarm is on page 31. TZ Alarm is on page 36
