Could anyone tell me how to disarm the alarm on a Polar RS300X heartrate monitor? Thanks.

At least you can help the user out if you have a heartbeat monitor like he has or similar.

Try to be considerate with others who may have trouble finding information that the owner of this device is looking for or pass it to someone who can help.

Update:

Hmm... I used my PDF reader (Sumatra PDF Reader) to find the word "disarm," I did look through the table of contents and I saw page 21, which tells you how to stop the trainer. Could this help?
