Sigma customer service is good.
I've just added Sigma to my list of bike accessory brands with impressive customer service, along with Planet Bike.
I got their TRILED a couple years back. I paid $10 for it at the local bike coop, rather than the standard $20 that shops seem to mark it up to. It's probably not worth that, at this point. It's nothing fancy but it's a decent be-seen light.
The arm that held it onto the handlebars broke after a couple of years, so I wrote Sigma & they just sent me a whole new light unit minus the battery cover, as apparently just the arm is not replaceable itself. Awesome.
(PS: Re: Planet Bike. I've had a Superflash die on me and another that got lost when the light part came off the backing, and they replaced it each time.)
