Wonderful experience with Cateye support
 

The total odometer function on my 2.5 year old Cateye Strada wireless stopped working. The Cateye support rep suggested a reset which I had already done. Without further ado, he told me to send the unit back. Shortly thereafter, I received a new one in the mail, at no charge. What a great way to do business.
