You can get a number of flashlights and mounts that are either brighter, or offer far longer runtimes for much less money.

cant say if this is true...but... i picked one up - and loved it - so much - that i picked up a second - i have both helmet mounted and man do they kick butt - they charge rather quick (3 or 4 hours with the smart charger) and i use on the highest 250 lumen output - so far i have gone 2 hours and 15 min and the lights are still providing a good deal of light - love em - i had a niterider road rat that gave took forever to charge and hardly lit the way

$129.00 for 250 lumens is a little high for what you get..

This setup will get you same output, 300 lumens at 1/2 the price, and longer runtime figure 70.00 after shipping..

for 20.00 more get 450 lumens, slightly reduced runtime vs the romisen R5..: https://www.shiningbeam.com/servlet/t...-rocket/Detail
