Smile Which rear light is best please?

I am a cyclist and have my eyes on two rear lights:

The Smart Lunar R2
RSP Astrum

Which is the better quality one please?

Get one of each. You need a back up light anyway.
I run three tail lights.

While your two were not part of the review, I suggest that either the RadBot 1000 or the Tioga Dual Eyes $32/Serfas TL 200 $38 or the new Planet Bike Superflash Turbo will be money better spent. See extensive review HERE. And yes, try to get two.

Beyond those, there is an entirely different class of tail lights. The DiNotte tail lights are the gold standard, but if you are a bit handy and want to use 18650 LiIon batteries, the Ultrafire 501 red LED flashlight or the MagicShine.

God I hate unpacking videos. Start the camera AFTER you get the package open. I've got no life but I can't imagine being sad enough to get excited about watching someone open a box.

Just got a Planet Bike TURBO. I'm actually afraid of being hit by now-blinded drivers! Maybe too bright?

I have one of these in red and it does the job well. only takes two AAA batteries and last's at least two weeks on one charge(I use rechargeable batteries.) I ride at night 6 days a week for about 45 minutes to an hour. My bad. Probably helps to include a link. https://www.cateye.com/en/product_detail/468

3 MS tail light ought to be enough. First time in my life when I can see the face of the driver behind me while waitng for a green light. I don't think it's blinding driver as I see them slowing down when passing me checking out WTF is all those red lights.

That's a Planetbike Escape pod. A little pricey at about $45 at my LBS, but cheaper online. It keeps all my stuff dry in the pouring rain. The disadvantage is the way the mount interfered with side pannier mounting. You will either have to space the pod off the rack if the side pannier sit higher than the rack. Instead what I did was remove the clip from the pannier and bolt it onto the pod.

The light bar is homemade with PVC piping where I bended the ends for some outward visibility lumination of the tail light.
