Looking for a good rechargeable front flashing light.

I have 2 minewt mini's that I use for steady illumination. 1 on the bars and 1 on the helmet. Need a good flashing one. Lithium ion, halogen , rechargable, usb? Maybe around $50.

Planet Bike Beamer 5. Excellent flashing light. Highly visible to motorists. 100 hours, according to manufactuer, on 2 AA batteries . Comes with very sturdy handlebar mount. About $30

Well, definitely not halogen unless you like replacing bulbs weekly.
