Basic wireless computer
I commute. Help me pick a computer.
I want a wireless computer that won't receive interference from an LED light (if that really even happens)
I want to track;
Trip mileage
Total mileage
Trip Time
Speed
(possibly) Temperature
less than $50
easy to read
That's about it. It needs to be affordable, and i don't really care about cadence or calories, so help me find something fitting for my needs. Thanks!

I don't know about the interference thing, but I have a Cateye Strada wireless and have never had any issues of that sort. I have a small LED blinky light, though not one of the big powerful ones. Usually costs a tad over your limit, but I found mine on sale for $42. Only real complaint I have it that it is too easy to accidentally reset your trip counters by leaning on it, since the entire body of the computer is the button. But it has a distance 2 that acts as a backup for trip distance. It does not have a temperature function, though.
On my mountain bike I have an Ascent IO, which is presently on sale at Performance for $29.99. https://www.performancebike.com/bikes...8_20000_400127
A lot of bang for the buck on the Ascent, and it does show temperature, so I'd strongly recommend it for your described specs.

+1 on the Cateye Strada wireless. I have a flashlight mounted to the bar next to the computer and I've never had problems. There's one spot in my commute to work where the mph drops to 3 for a couple of seconds. It's not near power lines so I have no idea what the source of the interference. After 3k miles, the battery in the display needed changing.

I don't know about interferance but the Bell 15 Function Wireless Cyclocomputer sells for about $20 at the big box stores. (I wouldn't compare it to the Strada but it's half the price and your needs aren't that complex.)

I just happened across this listing on Pricepoint.com. It appears to be the same computer as the Ascent I/O mentioned earlier, and it is on sale for $22:

I have the planet bike Protege 9 wireless on two of my bikes. Its list price is $59, it is easy to read, offers all you ask for (and more).

This one has a very strong sensor so you can use it with the rear wheel. Very handy when you use your bike in the trainer. Also, two lights that I use are not able to cause any interference.

I have the Cateye Strada and Vectra..The Strada can be picked up off Ebay new with free shipping for $37 to $39. I always have to look at SHIPPING to gauge the final cost. I like the Planet Bike, but the Strada and Vectra have been trouble free. Might get a Planet Bike one for my next bike for a tryout.

On the Planet Bike Protege 9, does that have attachments where it can be mounted on the stem? I see this computer on Ebay going for $35.55 with free shipping. Lately I have been mounting my computers on the stem, leaves room on the bars for more lights. The Cateyes have the mounts to go on the stem and bars..
