CUE sheet from GPX file?

CUE sheet from GPX file?
I have a GPX file of a route, and I would like to convert it to a CUE sheet for a riding partner.
However, bikeroutetoaster and ridewithgps don't show cue directions when I import the GPX. I know I could remap the route in bikerouteroaster by hand and it would then have the turn point data. Mapmyride wants me to be a paid member for this functionality, apparently.
Anyone have any slick sites that take a GPX and spit out a cue sheet of turn directions?
